Agreement to Terms
By accessing the websites romonephoenix.com or any RFenice Media digital property, engaging our services, or entering into any agreement with Romone Phoenix or RFenice Media (a brand under Refnado Group LLC), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

About Us
Romone Phoenix is an independent filmmaker, creative director, and writer based in New York. RFenice Media is a faith-forward cinematic production company operating under its parent holding company, Refnado Group LLC. Our services span documentary production, commercial video, video portraits, institutional film work, and creative direction.

Services
3.1 Scope of Work
All services rendered by Romone Phoenix and RFenice Media are outlined in a separate production agreement or proposal provided to the client prior to project commencement. Services may include but are not limited to: pre-production planning, on-location filming, post-production editing, color grading, and final delivery of video content.
3.2 Project Proposals
Proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Work does not commence until a signed agreement and deposit have been received. RFenice Media reserves the right to decline any project at its discretion.
3.3 Revisions
Revision rounds are outlined in the project agreement. Requests beyond the agreed revision scope will be subject to additional fees at the current day rate.

Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your project date. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final deliverable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in a delay of deliverables and may incur a late fee of 5% per week on outstanding balances.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made within 72 hours of a scheduled shoot date forfeit the deposit in full. Rescheduling requests made at least 7 days in advance will be accommodated subject to availability. RFenice Media is not liable for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, illness, or equipment failure.

Intellectual Property
6.1 Ownership
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives a license to use the final delivered content for the agreed purpose. Romone Phoenix and RFenice Media retain the right to use all produced content for portfolio, promotional, and marketing purposes unless a separate agreement specifying otherwise is signed by both parties.
6.2 Raw Footage
Raw, unedited footage remains the property of RFenice Media and is not included in standard deliverables unless specifically agreed upon in the project contract. Transfer of raw footage may be arranged for an additional fee.
6.3 Credit
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Romone Phoenix and RFenice Media reserve the right to be credited as the production company on all publicly distributed content produced under this agreement.

Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for securing all necessary permits, location agreements, talent releases, and clearances required for the production. RFenice Media is not liable for delays, additional costs, or project failures resulting from the client's failure to obtain necessary approvals.

Limitation of Liability
RFenice Media and Romone Phoenix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that project.

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the completion or termination of the project.

Website Use
All content on romonephoenix.com and any RFenice Media digital property — including text, images, video, and design — is the intellectual property of Romone Phoenix and Refnado Group LLC. Reproduction, redistribution, or use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.

Changes to These Terms
RFenice Media and Romone Phoenix reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be reflected on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
